最近看了一本姊姊送給我的書 ”餵故事書長大的孩子“，主要是在倡導讀書給孩子聽的好處。從小就很愛看書的我，也很贊成唸書給孩子聽。所以在恩恩滿四個月開始，我每天都會唸書給他聽，或是一起唱兒歌，現在他可以坐在他的bumbo裡，拿著他的布書，看看摸摸舔舔都好，就是訓練他與書同在，也許還看不懂聽不懂，但是可以讓他體會，看書是跟吃飯睡覺玩遊戲一樣，每天都要做的事情。

Since Aiden is 4 months old, I have started reading time with him everyday. Usually, I let him play with toys by himself after each feeding, and then when it gets closer to his nap time, I would read him stories or sing songs with him. Now that he can sit in his bumbo, I showed him how to hold his own little cloth book on his own. He can look, touch and even lick the book. This is to train him that book is one of the necessities in life. Although he can’t read nor understand yet, he will learn reading books is the same as eating, sleeping and playing; it’s something he must do everyday.

Aiden laughs out loud now. Babies’ laugh is like the voice from heaven to all parents.
恩恩開始會大笑嘍~ 咯咯咯咯笑得好開心，Baby的笑聲真的就是父母能聽到最美妙的天籟。

常常穿包腳的睡衣，所以恩恩一直到最近才發現自己的腳，洗澡時脫光光才開始抓腳來玩。

We took Aiden for the 4-month checkup and vaccinations today.

He has mild cradle cap. It’s not too serious and doesn’t really need treatment. When he got his shots, we thought he would scream but he didn’t really cry at all. What a brave boy!

恩恩最近吃奶時很皮，不太認真，吃一下就開始東張西望，還會一下笑一下唧哩咕嚕的講話，有時甚至寧願吃自己的手指頭，雖然我沒在擔心他有沒有吃飽，但是搞得媽咪我不知道該努力塞給他吃還是收起來，真的是啼笑皆非，不知道這是否是傳說中所謂的厭奶期。現在打噴涕不但大聲還會噴口水，常常噴的我一臉都是，而且這兩天的新招是用嘴巴吐泡泡然後發出噗噗噗的聲音把口水亂噴。

睡覺方面已經順利上軌道了，白天大概3~4次小睡，加起來會睡3~4個小時。晚上大概九點十點睡著，最近半夜三四點還是會起來要奶吃，加起來晚上會睡8~10個小時。睡飽飽精神好一早起來是他最可愛的時候，逗一下就咯咯咯的笑個不停。

活動方面也很有進步，最近喜歡仰臥起坐，一直想用力坐起來，趴著抬頭也可以抬很高，手腳舞動像在游泳，洗澡時也是玩水玩得很開心，常常搞得我們幫他洗澡得人一身濕，不知道是幫他洗澡還是他幫我們洗澡。特別喜歡照鏡子，看著鏡子對著自己猛笑。也很喜歡站著，扶著他站在腿上，他也是樂的笑個不停。而媽咪逗他笑的法寶就是跟他對話，他很喜歡我重覆同一個音，像是咕咕咕，噗噗噗，喀喀喀，唧唧唧，等等，只要是重覆音就可以把他逗的咯咯咯笑個不停，真是個愛笑的小朋友。
